Frequently Asked Questions

On Bid Day (Sunday, August 20th), Glow will receive the Official Bid Day List. We begin the process of tagging each order and will match each new member’s order to their prospective sorority. Each sorority house has a designated delivery day, per UA Panhellinic, beginning on Monday, August 21th through Tuesday, August 22nd. All bid day pre orders will be delivered to the sorority house either on Monday or Tuesday after Bid Day. Once the delivery has been made, a text will be sent to notify the new member of the delivery and will be told to go by the house to retrieve their Bid Day gifts. Gifts will be tagged with their name and will be placed in the designated area that each house has specified, usually in the foyer of the home.

Glow will continue to take orders on and after Bid Day. Delivery for orders placed on and after Bid Day will begin on Wednesday, August 23, 2023.

COMPLIMENTARY DELIVERY

Glow will provide complimentary delivery to the sorority house on all pre orders placed by August 19th at 11:59 p.m. Orders placed on and after Bid Day will be delivered after Wednesday, August 23th.

Refunds and Credit

If you have placed an order and your daughter decides to drop or does not receive a bid, we are happy to provide a full refund or store credit. We are also happy to change the order and send a Good Luck or Happy gift to her.  Please give us a call if you would like to change or edit your order, we happy to help out in any way we can.

SAME DAY Delivery - Please order before 12 PM Monday-Friday for same day delivery. For SATURDAY DELIVERIES, please place order Friday 5:00 p.m. to secure same day delivery. We are closed Sundays and some select Saturdays for events. Please contact us at 205.861.4288 for additional assistance.

IN STUDIO PICKUPS - We can make something beautiful for you to pick up in studio. We don’t keep regular hours, so if you’d like to schedule a special order to pick up, please give us a ring and we can have it ready for you!

Our goal is to make sure your delivery is seamlessly sent and that your arrangement is not only fresh, but beautiful! Because of seasonal availability, we do not guarantee that we can exactly copy a picture on our website or Instagram. Our pictures are examples of size and design. Upon request, we will always try to acquire a favorite color or favorite flower, however, we are not always able to get everything you see in a photo, especially on short notice. We will always strive to get as close as possible and fulfill requests when we are able, but we hope our portfolio of work will leave you comfortable that anything we send out the door will be beautiful!

Our carefully treated and loved fresh seasonal flowers are received from some of the nations top wholesalers to ensure quality for our daily deliveries, events and what our brand deserves. We are a boutique flower shop and spend a lot of time ordering exactly the right blooms. stems possible for our daily  Most fresh cut flowers should last anywhere between 3-7 days, with some varieties lasting longer than others. We always recommend adding water daily to arrangements to help extend their short but sweet life! 

Everyone knows that not everyone has a green thumb. Because of this, we are unable to guarantee the length of time a plant will last; but we can guarantee it will be beautiful, fresh upon delivery, and will last longer than a fresh cut arrangement!
